• Provide advice by phone
  You can always speak with your lawyer to get legal advice on an unlimited number of personal legal matters in any area of law, including pre-existing issues. Your lawyer will speak with you for as long as he/she believes is necessary to adequately advise you on the matter in question. Also, if necessary, your lawyer will provide up to one hour of legal research on each matter, for no additional fee.
• Write letters or make phone calls on your behalf 
  If after the phone consultation, your lawyer determines that a letter or phone call from them would help you resolve the legal issue, they will write one letter or make one phone call on your behalf. If additional phone calls or letters from the lawyer are needed, they will be provided at 25% off the lawyer’s hourly rates.
• Review documents 
  You may submit any personal legal document up to 15 pages or less that’s related to the legal issue being discussed so long as you or one of your covered family members is party to the contract. Your lawyer will review the document and advise you by phone about any areas of concern and the legal implications. Their goal is to arm you with the information you need to resolve the situation. Should you choose to have the lawyer engage in extensive negotiation on your behalf, those services are available at 25% off their standard hourly rate.

• Standard Will preparation
  Your membership includes a Standard Will prepared by your lawyer for you, your spouse and other covered family members. Also, your lawyer can complete annual reviews and updates to your Will at no additional charge.
• Living Will preparation
  A Living Will allows you to direct medical care should a person become incapable of providing informed consent. Your membership includes a Living Will prepared by your lawyer for you, your spouse and covered family members. Also, your lawyer can complete annual reviews and updates to your Living Will at no additional charge.
• Durable Power of Attorney 
  A Durable Power of Attorney is a document that allows a trusted person you pick to handle your affairs and make decisions on your behalf should you become incapacitated. Your membership includes a Durable Power of Attorney drafted by your lawyer for you, your spouse and covered family members. Also, your lawyer can complete annual reviews and updates to your Durable Power of Attorney at no additional charge.

• Defense of moving violations
  If you receive a speeding ticket or other moving violation, you can call your lawyer and they will handle the situation for you. This plan benefit is one of our most popular as it can reduce or eliminate points on your license and reduce or eliminate fines with no additional lawyer fees. Representation under this benefit is provided when you or your family members have a valid driver’s license and are driving a non-commercial vehicle.
• Auto accidents and criminal charge assistance
  If you are in an accident or charged with a motor vehicle related crime, your lawyer can assist you. Letting your lawyer handle the situation provides peace of mind during difficult situations and is included in your plan.
• Suspended, cancelled or revoked driver’s licence and damage collection
  Your membership comes with up to 2.5 hours of lawyer time to help you get a driver’s licence reinstated or to collect funds for property damage related to an auto accident ($5000 or less per claim included at no additional fee).

• Mortgage document preparation
  If you’re buying a primary residence, your lawyer will prepare the mortgage documents as required by your lender. You can receive this benefit once per calendar year. All you have to do is provide the necessary information to your lawyer at least five business days prior to the closing date and they will take care of document preparation.
• Document review
  Your lawyer can review and provide feedback on residential home purchase documents prepared by the seller, lender or third parties as long as they are provided to the lawyer at least five business days prior to the closing.

The following benefits are available if initiated after your membership as been effective for 90 consecutive days.

• Representation for uncontested separation or annulment
  If you and your spouse are not represented by another lawyer and all issues related to a separation or annulment are agreed upon in writing by the parties, without negotiation by your Provider Law Firm, your separation or annulment is considered uncontested and your lawyer can represent and help you at no additional charge.
• Representation for an uncontested divorce
  Your lawyer can represent you in uncontested divorce proceedings. Uncontested Divorce is a divorce in which neither party is represented by separate counsel and all issues are agreed upon in writing without negotiation by your Provider Law Firm, net assets of the marriage are under $500,000 and no division of retirement benefits or QDRO is applicable.
• Representation for an uncontested adoption
  If all parties have agreed in writing to an adoption, all required consents are attainable and the adoption is not contested or challenged, your lawyer can represent you at adoption proceedings for no additional fee.
• Uncontested name change assistance
  When a name change is not contested or challenged and all consents are obtained, your lawyer can help you prepare for and attend the initial hearing to obtain your name change.

You may speak with a lawyer for emergency help by calling 1-877-825-3797 for any of the following reasons.

• You are detained by authorities
  You are detained by a Law Enforcement Officer. Meaning that you are either restrained, searched or deprived of immediate liberty.
• Child custody emergencies
  You are detained or questioned by a Law Enforcement Officer or any representative of a federal, state or local child welfare agency regarding any minor child in your personal custody or any of your dependant children.
• Vehicle accident and injury
  You can use the 24/7 access line if you are involved in an automobile or motorcycle accident that results in bodily harm or physical injury.
• You are served with a warrant
  If you’re served with a warrant for any reason, you can call our 24/7 emergency line for lawyer assistance.

While the amount of services included with your basic monthly fee are almost too good to be true, there are of course some legal issues that are more complicated and may require additional lawyer support. Not to worry!

• 25% off hourly rate
  Legal needs not included in your basic monthly fee are covered by a generous 25% discount off of your lawyer’s normal hourly rates. In case such as Personal Injury Lawsuits, members may work out contingency fee or flat fee agreements with their lawyer’s as well.
